1. The subject of the contract is 2. The subject of the contract is the supply of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer XRF. 3. Place of delivery: Faculty of Chemistry, University of Wrocław, ul. F. Joliot- Curie 14 in Wrocław. 4. The Contractor's duties include the assembly, installation and commissioning of the equipment at the Contracting Authority's facility at the Faculty of Chemistry at ul. F. Joliot-Curie 14 in Wrocław and training of 8 employees of the Faculty of Chemistry in the operation, operation of equipment and use of software to develop data (the training is to be 2-day and last 8 h/ day). 5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ- Description of the subject of the contract. 6. The detailed scope of the obligations to perform the subject of the contract is contained in the model contract constituting Annex 4 to the FTZ.
