Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices for the Department of Invasive Cardiology for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 2. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. Partial tenders are understood as individual packages set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ. The Contractor may submit a tender for one, two or all lots. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered assortment meets the requirements for medical devices contained in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1620) and in implementing acts issued on the basis of this Act. 4. Medical devices must meet the requirements set out in Annex 3 to the CVT. Failure to meet at least one of the requirements set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ will result in the rejection of the tender. 5. The delivery of medical devices of this order will be carried out on the basis of partial orders. The maximum delivery time is 6 working days from the date of placing the order by the Ordering Party. 6.
