Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited real estate on which municipal waste is generated, located in the Jaworzyna Śląska Commune, and their management. 2. The subject of the contract covers all residential properties, i.e. those in which there is at least one premises in which at least one resident lives and all non-residential properties on which municipal waste is generated, located in the Commune of Jaworzyna Śląska. 3. On the basis of the declarations submitted, the contracting authority estimates that in the municipality of Jaworzyna Śląska: He lives OK. 8 299 inhabitants, there are about 1 975 inhabited properties, of which 1 804 are single-family properties, there are about 174 uninhabited properties, as part of the service provided, over a period of 12 months, from the Commune of Jaworzyna Śląska will be collected and transferred for development a total of 5 192.64 Mg of municipal waste. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex 6 to the FTZ and will constitute Annex 2 to the concluded Agreement.
