Description

The subject of the public contract is continuous repeated deliveries of the sampling system, i.e. tubes, needles and related assortment for venous, capillary and arterial blood collection, urine and other body fluid collection for central laboratories and clinical departments of the contracting authority on the basis of current needs and its individual orders for a period of two years, according to the minimum technical conditions set out in Annex 4 to the ZD, including transport to the place of performance. The performance of this public contract is reserved pursuant to Section 38 of the Act for suppliers employing at least 50 % of the total number of their employees with disabilities in protected jobs pursuant to a special legal regulation (ust. Section 67 of Act No 435/2004 on employment (‘the ZOZ’). The participant shall prove the fulfilment of this condition in his/her tender by attaching the certificate of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic – regional branch or branch for the capital city of Prague or by attaching the certificate/decision of the social security body by reference to https://www.uradprace.cz/list of-supplier-substitute-fulfilment
