The KWM 30 building, which is now a listed building, is located on the site of the former Mitte power plant, in 01067 Dresden. The building dates back to the 1828/29s and was built for the operation of electrical switchgear. The building has been unused since 1996. It is planned to thoroughly renovate, rebuild and re-use the building, which was built entirely in solid construction, taking into account the requirements of the preservation of historic monuments.
