Description

The Company for Maintenance Services of the ‘Smart’ Transport Electrical Network SA, a subsidiary of CNTTE Transelectrica SA, is a partner under financing contract No C259/09.04.2024 for the implementation of investment 5. Streamlining, modernizing and digitizing the national electricity transmission network, financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, related to Component 16. REPowerEU, concluded between the General Secretariat of the Government as Reform and/or Investment Coordinator for the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and the National Electricity Transmission Company Transelectrica SA as Beneficiary/Partnership Leader. The acquisition of the product/products covered by this Specification aims to equip SMART SA with appropriate modern machinery and equipment that will have positive effects on the quality of maintenance services. The acquisition is carried out under Sub-investment 5.b – Refurbishment of SMART SA – Subsidiary C.N.T.E.E. Transelectrica S.A, under the NRRP – Component C16. REPowerEU. The products will be delivered to the addresses specified in the Specifications and its annexes. The description of the equipment is available in the Specifications and its annexes. The deadline for economic operators to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 18 (eighteen) days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will reply clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications at least 11 (eleven) days before the deadline for submission of tenders set out in the Contract Notice. The contracting entity will publish in SEAP at www.e-licitatie.ro the consolidated reply to the requests for clarifications received, without mentioning the name of the applicant, in the Clarifications, Notifications and Decisions List Section.
