IKOMM AS shall, on behalf of Lillehammer, Øyer and Gausdal municipalities, enter into a contract for a trade system for digital building application processing in accordance with the National Product Specifications and the municipalities ́ comprehensive function number, technical and mercantile requirements. The aim of the procurement is to use a digital tool based on the national building application standard, in order to ensure more efficient building application processing in the municipalities. The municipalities have a great focus on the work being done within the planning and building application department. It is therefore of great importance for the municipality that the future chosen building application system can be seamlessly integrated with the systems that are already in the municipality. The municipalities have recently standardised Elements from Sikri as a case/archive system and currently use map systems from NorConsult Digital in addition to national joint systems from i.a. QA, Kartverket and equivalent. New map systems are being assessed and a new building application system must be able to be integrated with alternative map systems in the future. Seamless integrations, efficient and user-friendly interaction processes between the building application system and the other trade systems will be emphasised highly in the competition. The contract shall include delivery, integration of the system, training and support for the entire contract period. A continual long-term contract will be set up for the Government Standard, SSA-L[ In the same competition the possibility will also be offered as an option for the delivery of a digital planning system in the long term.
