The object refers to the execution of renovation of high-rise buildings in Bagartorp center. Bagartorpsringen consists of five (5) high-rise buildings, with 16 floors each, located in Solna, which is owned and managed by the housing foundation Signalisten. The buildings were constructed from 1959 to 1960. Together, the buildings house 362 apartments from 1 RoKv to 5 RoK. The houses will be renovated in three (3) stages, of which this is the first. The scope of the contract is shown in the other documents.
