The subject of this contract is the conclusion of a framework contract on the basis of which contracts will be awarded for the maintenance (maintenance) of waters, canals and water facilities in the Water Supervision Authority: Skoczów, Bielsko - Biała, Bieruń, Katowice, Olkusz, Pszczyna being in the administration of the catchment in Katowice. The order was divided by the Ordering Party into 6 parts. The purpose of the present procedure is to conclude 6 framework contracts, one for each part of the procedure, between the Contracting Authority and a maximum of 10 Contractors for each part, in order to determine the terms of contracts that may be awarded up to 33 months from the date of conclusion of the framework contract, but not later than 31.12.2027, hereinafter referred to as ‘partial contracts’. The quantities indicated (measurement) in the ‘Price lists’ are indicative. In accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, the framework contract does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority to award any future contracts on the basis thereof. The works will consist in the ongoing maintenance of sections of natural watercourses, canals and water facilities flowing through the Water Supervision areas - part 1 - 6. The performance of the above works will allow maintaining the slopes and the bottom of the watercourses in good technical condition, will contribute to ensuring proper conditions for the passage and regulation of water levels in the catchment board in Katowice. Individual sub-contracts will consist of, among others, the following leading works: mowing and winning lichens from the slopes and the bottom of the watercourse, removing the goat from floating plants, extracting lichens from the watercourse of plants rooted in the bottom (hacking), removing congestion and beaver there, removing bushes, cleaning outlets and culverts on watercourses; manual and mechanical treatment of the bottom of the watercourse, removal of debris, bottom troughs, local trough narrowings, etc.; felling trees and shrubs growing on the banks and bottom.
