Description

AMGROS is a partnership with the 5 regions as stakeholders. In order to provide pharmaceutical products to the hospital pharmacies of stakeholders and their resale to the Faroe Islands and Greenland, Amgros I/S wishes to conclude framework agreements for the medicinal products listed in Section II.2.4. The framework agreements are non-exclusive. AMGROS I/S resells the medicines to hospital pharmacies at Amgros I/S’s purchase price plus a supplement. Framework contracts are concluded without any obligation to purchase and hospital pharmacies are not obliged to use Amgros’ framework contracts.
