On the basis of the provisions of Section 66 of the Act, the Contracting Authority implements the intention to award a public works contract entitled ‘Attachment of rainwater to sewage in Verdek’ in a negotiated procedure without publication. The subject of the construction works consists in attaching the rain sewer PVC DN 600 SN 16 in the section of the rain sewer D.4 between shafts Š4.5 to Š4.7 in the length of 66 m, to the excavation for sewage sewerage in the section of the sewer A3 km approx. 0,170 – 0,240 (length of the section approx. 70 m).
