Description

The subject matter of the present proceedings is the installation of elements of the preferential system and elements of the communication system for new vehicles in the amount of 117 units (the planned number of vehicles intended to perform the service). The assembly will take place in new unmarked cars divided into five tasks. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ for Task No 1-3, Annex 3.2 to the SWZ for Task No 4 and Annex 3.3 to the SWZ for Task No 5. The offer presented by the Contractor should include comprehensive costs together with labour and materials necessary to perform the service indicated in Annex 3.1-3.3 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority will deliver the vehicles at its own expense to the Contractor's workshop/service point located in the Silesian Voivodeship together with a set of materials on the Contracting Authority's side in accordance with Annex 3.1-3.3 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority accepts the possibility of providing the service in question by a Contractor having its registered office outside the Silesian Voivodeship, however, the service should be provided at a service point located in the Silesian Voivodeship. The Contracting Authority accepts the possibility of providing the service in question by subcontractors. Settlement of the contract will take place successively on the basis of the services actually provided at the price of installation in one vehicle of the privileged system and the communication system specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ - the tender form for a given task. The Contracting Authority may, pursuant to Article 257 of the Act, cancel the procurement procedure if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
