Provision of ‘Operation of personal customer service branch offices’ under a framework agreement on behalf of MVM Next Energiakereskedelmi Zrt. MVM Next Energiakereskedelmi Zrt. entrusts the winning Bidder with the operation of personal customer service activities as part of the universal service of natural gas and electricity, including the operation of branch offices, the performance of certain tasks related to the prepaid meter (EFM) in branch offices, and the performance of User Satisfaction Measurement (FEM). The purpose of this public procurement is to enable MVM Next Energiakereskedelmi Zrt., in addition to its own customer service offices, to provide nationwide customer service with the office infrastructure established by the successful tenderer and with the human and other technical and IT resources provided by the successful tenderer.
