Description

1.The subject of the order is: a) preparation of three separate documentation of multi-industry design and cost estimates of reconstruction, superstructure, renovation (renovation), thermomodernization (including insulation) and change of use along with the execution of projects of construction equipment for municipal buildings located in Gdańsk at: - ul. Medicowa 11, Powiat No. 1070, 1071, District No. 043, - ul. Medicowa 13, room no. 1069/2, area no. 043, - ul. Medicowa 15, op. no. 1069/1, area no. 043. b) preparation of multi-branch project and cost documentation of land development of geodetic plots no. 1070, 1071, 1069/1, 1069/2 and plot no. 1068 rev. 043, c) obtaining administrative decisions for carrying out construction works from the competent architectural and construction administration authority, enabling the contracting authority to start construction works, d) performing a one-off update of investor cost estimates; e) performing author's supervision in the scope of: - establishing in the course of construction works compliance of the implementation with the project, - agreeing on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions to those provided for in the project and reported by the construction manager or investor supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded contract. 2.
