Supply of reagents and other products necessary for the research and teaching of the University of Barcelona (UB) and for the Bosch i Gimpera Foundation (FBG) entity of the UB Group
The object of this framework agreement is the supply of reagents and chemicals, bio-reactives (microbiology, biology and cell culture) and reagents and chromatography material necessary for research and teaching in the different laboratories and units of the University of Barcelona and the Bosch i Gimpera Foundation (FBG), an entity of the UB Group. - Select the suppliers of reagents and chemicals, bio-reactives (microbiology, biology and cell culture) and reagents and chromatography material necessary for research and teaching to the different units of the UB and the FBG. - Select products (fixing maximum prices). - To establish the requirements and conditions to which contracts based on the framework agreement must be subject for the supply of these products. The approval of suppliers shall also include that of their respective catalogues, relating to products which have to do with the subject-matter of the lots covered by this Framework Agreement, as well as the fixing of maximum prices for those lots. However, for reasons of operational efficiency, another objective is to make it easier for researchers and managers to supply the most common consumer products among those related to catalogs. Batch division 1 – Reagents and chemicals. Lot 2 – Bioreactives (Microbiology, Biology and Cell Culture). Lot 3 – Reagents and Chromatography material. There is no maximum or minimum number of successful tenderers. To be approved, a minimum score of 10 points will have to be obtained from the total overall rating of the respective lot. As it is an open framework agreement, for the award of contracts based on the terms established in the framework agreement, and may be formulated more precisely, if necessary, in accordance with that established in this PCAP and in Article 221.4 of the LCSP.
