Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the expansion of Hitachi disk arrays owned and operated by the Contracting Authority and the expansion of Cisco switches to which Hitachi arrays are connected in accordance with the Description of the subject-matter of the contract, which constitutes Annex 1 to the contract, hereinafter referred to as ‘OPZ’. 2. In addition, the subject of the contract must be covered by the warranty of the equipment manufacturer, counting from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance report referred to in § 3 sec. 6 of the draft Agreement, until 22 November 2027, under which the warranty service will be provided under the conditions specified in § 6 of the draft Agreement. 3. As part of the contractual remuneration, the Contractor is obliged to install the necessary software corrections, raise the software version to its highest stable version for the delivered devices. 4. The subject of the contract should be carried out in accordance with the draft Agreement, including the OPZ.
