Description

The present project is an extension of the building at Zürichstrasse 10/12 in Adliswil, built in the 1970s. At present, the construction of 2 plots and 2 basement levels (UG 1 and 2) consists of two lateral areas, with 5 upper floors (Zürichstrasse 12) and 2 upper floors (Zürichstrasse 10). The central structure connecting the two multi-storey areas consists exclusively of the ground floor.
The central construction and the three-storey area on the Zürichstrasse 10 plot will be broken down to the ceiling over UG 1 and will be supplemented with a four-stower area (central construction) and six-stower area respectively.
Together with the existing six-storey area on the Zürichstrasse 12 parcel, the extension will create some 125 new jobs.
