Description

As a school administrator, the district of Wesel maintains a vocational college at the Dinslaken site, which is housed at two locations within the city, Wiesenstraße and Konrad-Adenauer-Straße. At present, about 2,200 students are taught at the vocational college in Dinslaken in the areas of health and social affairs, nutrition and supply management, economics and administration and technology. The purchase of the neighbouring property to Wiesenstraße from the city of Dinslaken, which is now possible, gives rise to the option of merging both locations at the Wiesenstraße site. On this neighboring property there is currently a municipal secondary school, which has been abandoned. Following a feasibility study and district council decision in June 2020, the existing school buildings will be dismantled and replaced by new buildings. The aim of the merger is to resolve the problems arising from the spatial separation in school operations. The construction project is essentially divided into three sub-projects, which follow different procurement strategies. Subproject 1: Construction of the 4-fold sports hall - The existing sports hall currently located on the site will be replaced by a new building at a nearby location as part of a separate project parallel to the project duration of the new building measure of the vocational college. The new construction of the sports hall is not the subject of the multi-bau-police. Subproject 2: Demolition of the municipal secondary school and the existing sports hall subproject 3: The subject of this call for tenders is the conclusion of a multi-risk insurance policy within the framework of a net tariff (without commissions for brokers or intermediaries) for the new construction of the vocational college Dinslaken in the district of Wesel, city of Dinslaken, Wiesenstraße 45-47. The estimated total construction cost including VAT is I. For components A, B and C (construction section 1): EUR 86 418 587 II. Demolition of STH and new construction part D (construction section 2): EUR 47.589.256 Further details are provided in the procurement documents.
