Description

The subject of the contract was the provision of services for the transport, disposal and disposal of hazardous hospital waste generated by the activity of SBALAG – Maičin House EAD, Sofia, 2, Zdrave Street. The duration of the contract for performance of the contract is two years from the date of its conclusion, but not earlier than 2.6.2017. The contract was divided into three lots, depending on the types of waste (in accordance with Ordinance No 2/23.07.2014 on the classification of waste) and the legal requirements for the treatment of waste (Regulation No 1/09.02.2015 on the requirements for waste collection and treatment activities on the territory of curative and health facilities). Each tenderer may participate in only one of the lots covered by the contract.
