The purpose of this service contract is to provide services relating to disinsectisation, deratisation and disinfection in the common areas and private areas and in the administrative and similar premises belonging to HAUTS-DE-SEINE HABITAT. Background: Renewal of the four contracts with a maximum expiry date (4th financial year) in order to ensure: - Flat-rate benefits for the six-monthly preventive treatment of disinsectisation of the private and common parts and of the administrative and similar premises of the Hauts-de-Seine Habitat heritage. - In the context of preventive deratisation, the carrying out of a single diagnosis for the duration of the contract of all the common parts of the Office's assets. - Flat-rate services for the six-monthly disinfection of garbage disposal columns in certain Office residences. Objectives to be achieved in the context of this consultation: - Ensure a cleanliness of the occupied premises in compliance with sanitary regulations. - Ensure quality preventive maintenance in order to limit the occasional interventions related to massive infestations or a proliferation of pests. - Reduce pests. - To enable the carrying out of associated diagnoses and advice.
