The subject of the present public procurement is the provision of the machines necessary for the performance of the cleaning of the pavement under a framework contract concluded for a fixed period of time (12+12 months) with operator staff (including disembarkation on the work site, removal and handling of the collected swept material), as specified in the documentation. The total budget available to the Contracting Authority for the performance of the contracts is HUF 300,000,000 net in 6 public procurement lots, by means of individual orders placed by the Contracting Authority, for the places of performance specified in the individual orders. The contracting authority undertakes to make a commitment to draw down at least 70% of the amount available in the relevant part of the tender. For the remaining 30%, the successful tenderer acknowledges that, if the amount is not exhausted, it may not make any claim against the contracting authority.
