Description

This consultation concerns the development and maintenance of trails of community interest, long-distance hiking trails, gentle traffic on the territory of Angers Loire Métropole. This is a framework agreement concluded with an economic operator performing via the issue of order forms pursuant to Articles R.2162-1 et seq. and R.2162-13 and -14 of the Public Procurement Code. This is a framework agreement with a maximum of 750 000 EURHT over the total duration of the contract. Contracts concluded for an initial period of 12 months may be renewed three times in successive periods of 12 months, i.e. for a maximum period of 48 months. The contract is reserved for integration structures through economic activity, adapted companies and structures mentioned in Article L2113-12 of the Public Procurement Code.
