§ 130a(8) SGB V / §130c(1) SGB V enables health insurance funds (KK) and pharmaceutical companies to conclude discount agreements on the medicinal products to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance funds. GWQ acts as a company for efficiency and quality at KK in accordance with Section 130a(8) sentence 5 SGBV for its shareholder and customer funds.
