Hankinnan kohteena on Kuopion kaupungin taidepalveluiden (kaupunginteatteri, kaupunginorkesteri) vierailevien taiteilijoiden hotellimajoitukset Kuopion keskustan alueella, kävelymatkan päässä kaupunginteatterista ja musiikkikeskuksesta.
