Description

L’appalto ha ad oggetto la stipula di un Accordo Quadro, ai sensi della dell’art. 1, comma 4, della L.R. n. 33 del 28 dicembre 2007 per l’affidamento delle prestazioni per la ricerca nei tamponi salivari e nasofaringei di RNA virale COVID-19 tramite laboratori autorizzati secondo le regole dei rispettivi ordinamenti ossia essere incluso nella lista dei laboratori autorizzati alla diagnostica molecolare SARS CoV-2 pubblicata dal Ministero della Salute in accordo alla circolare del 03/04/2020 0011715-03/04/2020-DGPRE-DGPRE-P, concluso con più operatori economici ed eseguito ai sensi dell’art. 54, comma 4, lett. a), del D.Lgs. 50/2016, in favore degli Enti del Servizio Sanitario Regionale di cui all’art. 1 della L.R. n. 30 del 27/12/2006 e ss.mm.ii., nonché ASP, enti di diritto pubblico, di cui alla L.R. n. 1/2003, come meglio descritto negli atti di gara.
