“8x4 dumper with blade and RSP, required for maintenance works at CIC Ramnicelu - Nod Rutier Râmnicu Sarat, km 96+650, CIC Slobozia Ciorasti, Nod Rutier Slobozia Ciorasti, km 159+200, under the project “Buzău-Focsani Highway” -2pcs” Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the Award Documentation is on the 20th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders. B. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline for the Contracting Authority to respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after that date will make it impossible for the CA to provide a reply and will therefore be considered as TARDIVA. Any request for clarifications must be submitted to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
