Description

1. Διεθνή διαγωνισμό, με γραπτές σφραγισμένες προσφορές για την προμήθεια καυσίμων με κριτήριο κατακύρωσης το ποσοστό έκπτωσης επί τοις εκατό (%) στις οριζόμενες τιμές από τις υπηρεσίες εμπορίου στο σύνολο της προκηρυχθείσας ποσότητας ή ανά είδος, όπως αναλυτικά αναφέρεται στα συνημμένα μέρη και παραρτήματα της παρούσας και τα οποία αποτελούν αναπόσπαστο μέρος αυτής.
2. Λόγω του επείγοντος και σύμφωνα με την αριθμ. 23/2010 θέμα 5ο οικονομικό απόφαση ΔΣ, ο διαγωνισμός θα διεξαχθεί με σύντμηση προθεσμιών. Επιπλέον, επειδή υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση στο κείμενο της διακήρυξης στο site της αναθέτουσας αρχής και σύμφωνα με τα οριζόμενα στο ΠΔ 60/07 άρθρο 32 παρ. 5 & 6, η προθεσμία από την ημερομηνία αποστολής στην ΕΕΕΚ ορίζεται στις σαράντα (40) ημέρες.
