‘Acquisition of ITS infrastructure components supporting public transport and communication with beneficiaries of public services in Codlea Municipality, Braşov County’, Call title: NRRP/2022/C10/I.1.2 The contract to be concluded will cover the following activities: 1. Supply of equipment/products; 2. Operations related to the supply of products consisting of DTAC (Technical Documentation for Building Permit) preparation services for concrete platforms, Technical Execution Project (ETP) system, execution works for concrete support platforms, delivery, assembly, installation, commissioning and testing of products/system, training of representatives of the contracting authority on how to use and maintain them. In accordance with Article 160 of Law No 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority establishes that the deadline within which it will respond to all requests for clarifications or additional information is on the 10th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
