1.. The subject of the contract is the rental of two automatic CT-syringes with accessories for their operation, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Price form / Subject of the contract and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. 2. The subject-matter of the contract offered must: 2.1. be a medical device that meets the requirements set out in Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices, amending Directive 2001/83/EC, Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 and Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and repealing Council Directives 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EEC (OJ Urz.
