This contract follows the declaration without follow-up for reasons of general interest linked to the lack of competition of the previous consultation. This consultation concerns the carrying out of maintenance and improvement work on the built and built heritage of the department of Var - ETANCHEITE - 4 lots: LOT 1 - TECHNICAL POLE OF WEST TOULON LOT 2 - TECHNICAL POLE OF TOULON IS LOT 3 - TECHNICAL POLE OF DRAGUIGNAN LOT 4 - TECHNICAL POLE OF SAINT-MAXIMIN This consultation will be the subject of a framework agreement with multi-contractor purchase orders in accordance with Articles R . 2162-1. to R. 2162-6. - R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14. of the CCP. For each lot, the buyer will select the four highest ranked candidates subject to a sufficient number of candidates and offers. Classification will be established on the basis of the criteria set out in Article 4.2 of this consultation Regulation. The framework agreement may not be awarded if there are less than two tenders which are neither irregular, unacceptable nor inappropriate. The services will be carried out as and when the purchase orders are issued by the buyer. The estimated overall value of the works for one year is EUR 764 938.60 excluding VAT, i.e. EUR 3 059 754.40 excluding VAT for four years.
