Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění výstavby parkovacího domu na Pozemku včetně potřebných přípojek inženýrských sítí, přeložek inženýrských sítí, příjezdových a přístupových komunikací (chodníku pro chodce) a pásů zeleně, o minimálně dvou podlažích a s kapacitou minimálně 40 parkovacích míst (dále jen „Parkovací dům“). Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dále následné zajištění provozování, užívání a údržba tohoto Parkovacího domu po dobu 25 let. Bližší informace v ZD.
