Description

The Balg Hospital in Baden-Baden was built between 1974 and 1976. The room structure and the technical facilities largely correspond to the time of construction. Since 2016, the existing structures, in particular fire protection, have been gradually upgraded. So far, approximately €2.2 million has been invested in this measure.
The overall project comprises four planning packages (property planning, TGA AG1+2+7, TGA AG 3, TGA AG 4+5 - each with separate procurement procedures)
- Planning services for refurbishment of existing buildings
- planning services for refurbishment during ongoing operation,
- The refurbishment areas are divided into clusters. The enclosed cluster matrix shows which cluster is in which planning stage.
The main necessary measures are:
- Division of the building structure into large areas ‐ Restructuring,
- production of necessary corridors through appropriately qualified walls and ceilings,
- new installation and replacement of smoke and fire compartment doors,
- Execute shafts fire-resistant,
- fire-fighting water supply is completely rebuilt,
- Ventilation is to be divided according to the BSK and necessary motorised flaps are to be installed. It should be noted that the majority of the motorised flaps have already been replaced and that coordination with the existing contractor is required for the planning and installation of the further flaps,
- Encapsulation of electrical distributions in necessary corridors.
- Handling pollution
- Contribute to the application for funding and proof of use
The tender is based on these points and works along the fire protection concept with the aim of having all defective areas rebuilt in accordance with the structural requirements.
An overview matrix of the clusters, an indicative master schedule and the costs of a sample cluster are attached to the procurement documents.
.
This procurement procedure concerns the procurement of the TGA planning for plant groups 4 and 5.
