Description

Der Neubau eines Forschungsgewächshauses für die Institute Agrarklimaschutz und Biodiversität des Thünen-Instituts in Braunschweig mit Umsetzung des Leitfadens für Nachhaltiges Bauen BNB.
Anforderungen an die unterschiedlichen Forschungs-Einheiten des Gebäudes:
— Gewächshauskammern:
—— S1 BioStoffV,
—— Insektensicher, insektenfreie Zuluft,
—— CO2- Versorgung,
—— Klimatisierung.
— Klimakammern:
—— Klimatisierung,
—— gasdicht,
—— Begasungssteuerung (u.a. CO2- Versorgung).
Bruttogeschossfläche: ca. 625 m2.
Ausschreibung in drei Fachlosen:
1) Fachlos: Objektplanung-Gebäude;
2) Fachlos: Technische Ausrüstung, Maschinentechnik, (ohne KG 440-460);
3) Fachlos: Technische Ausrüstung, Elektrotechnik, KG 440-450.
Kostenschätzung der KG 200-600: 1 957 000,00 EUR.
Zeitplan.
— 2017: Beginn Bauunterlage,
— 2018: Abgabe Bauunterlage, Ausführungsplanung, Ausschreibung,
—2019: Baubeginn, Bauausführung, 2020: Baufertigstellung, Abrechnung, Übergabe an Nutzer.
