The subject of the contract is the supply of gas to the contracting authority's delivery points without transport, distribution and services associated with the supply of gas, the assumption of responsibility for the deviation, in a quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution system operator, in compliance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic, technical conditions and operating rules of the distribution system operator (associated gas supply).
