1. The proceedings are conducted in order to conclude a framework contract for the supply of softshell protective jackets and trousers. 2. The Contracting Authority allows partial tenders to be submitted divided into 2 tasks: 1) Task No. 1 - Supply of softshell protective jackets; 2) Task 2 – Supply of softshell protective trousers. 3.The detailed description of the subject of the contract constitutes - according to the task - Technical Specification ST-111/Ckt/2024 (version: February 2025 edition) and Technical Specifications ST-112 /Ckt/2024 (version: February 2025 edition), Annex 1A-B to the SWZ (respectively to the task) and Annex Chapter II. XIX SWZ.’ 4. In each task, the Contractor will be obliged to provide a warranty and guarantee period, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter II. XIX SWZ § 5. 5. The contracting authority shall not require any of the tasks to be accompanied by the means of proof in question. 6. The contracting authority shall not allow variants to be submitted. 7. The Contracting Authority allows in each task to entrust the performance of part of the contract to a Subcontractor. 8. In each task, the Contracting Authority requests that the Contractor indicate in the tender the parts of the contract that it will entrust to Subcontractors and indicate the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known. 9. The Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractors to lodge a security. 11. The Ordering Party will make changes to the contract in accordance with the provisions of Chapter II. XIX SWZ.
