Description

Die IHK für Essen, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Oberhausen zu Essen be-absichtigt das Bürogebäude "Am Waldthausenpark 2" in Essen bau-lich instand zu setzen und dort eine neue, zeitgemäße Arbeitsumge-bung zu implementieren. Weiterhin ist beabsichtigt, das 5. OG (Ple-narsaal mit Foyer) umzugestalten sowie im EG ein "Workcafé" einzu-richten. Im 4. OG des "Querbaus" sollen zudem weitere Räume um-gestaltet werden. Gegenstand dieses VgV-Vergabeverfahrens ist die hierzu erforderliche Leistung der V02 "Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume" gem. § 34 HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 10 der HOAI in den LPH 1-9 inkl. Besonderer Leistungen; inkl. Möblierungs- und Ausstattungsplanung gem. Leistungsbild des AG. Die Projektleitung wird durch die IHK zu Essen wahrgenommen.
