Description

Municipality of De Bilt (hereinafter also referred to as: the Contracting Authority or Client) intends to provide an Assignment for the acquisition of Licensing, Supervision and Enforcement software (in the future also referred to as: the ICT solution or the Solution) for its Operations and services. The aim is to phase out the use of the generic functionalities of Xxllnc's generic case and document management system in use for these Licensing, Supervision and Enforcement processes and to replace them with an ICT solution specifically developed for this purpose. The Municipality of De Bilt wishes to market and (re)acquire an ICT solution that is as integral as possible for Licensing, Supervision and Enforcement (hereinafter referred to as VTH) through a public European tender.
