The subject of the procurement procedure is a contract for the provision and maintenance of the time recording system "ZEUS® eXperience" together with the supply of the necessary hardware for the courts and judicial authorities of the State of Saxony-Anhalt. In addition to the provision and installation of the software and hardware described in more detail in the specifications, the contractor’s tasks also include the migration of inventory data, software maintenance (e.g. updates), partial server relocation, technical support and troubleshooting, as well as the briefing and training of staff. The courts and judicial authorities of Saxony-Anhalt mainly use the software and hardware of the ISGUS-Zeitwirtschaft ZEUS® to record and manage the working hours of their approximately 3,000 employees. The time data is recorded both via ISGUS terminals and via a web application. In order to make use of the investments made so far, the existing time recording infrastructure is to be maintained.
