The subject-matter of the contract is the purchase of single-use medical products, described in detail in the description of the subject-matter of the contract in Annex 2 to the Specifications. The subject-matter of the contract is a new, non-exhibition, operating instructions in Polish. The contractor guarantees that the medical devices offered covered by the contract comply with the requirements laid down in the Medical Devices Act of 20 May 2010 (Journal of Laws 2019, item 175).
