Description

The subject of the service to be awarded is engineering services in the field of HKLS technology pursuant to § 53 et seq. HOAI “Technical equipment” for LPH 2-3 and 5-9 for the construction project “Arrondation of technical administrative infrastructure” in the MPI’s main medical research building in Heidelberg.
(MEFO) for the following groups of installations (WG):
— WG 1: Sewage, water and gas installations;
— WG 2: Heat supply installations;
— WG 3: Air-conditioning systems;
— WG 7: use-specific installations and processes;
— WG 8: Building automation.
According to an initial cost estimate, the HKLS costs for the above-mentioned plant groups are expected to be approximately EUR 1970000,00 net.
The services to be awarded and the award of the contract will be governed by the draft contract provided.
