1. The subject of the contract is the supply of utensils and means for maintaining personal hygiene and shoe maintenance. 2. This contract has been divided into the following 4 lots: (1) Part 1: Supply of sachets, needles and footwear maintenance supplies for SSDs, 2) Part No 2 – Supply of hygiene items, 3) Part No 3 – Supply of hygiene products, 4) Part No 4 – Supply of OHS gel. 3. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is determined by the Description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as: ‘OPZ’) – Annex 5 to the FTZ; 4. The detailed quantitative specification shall specify: 1) Annex 1A to the FTZ – relates to Part 1; 2) Annex 1B to the FTZ – concerns Part 2; 3) Annex 1C to the FTZ – relates to Part 3; 4) Annex 1D to the FTZ – applies to Part 4; - these annexes are also forms for calculating the offer price. 5. The subject of the contract for each lot should be brand new, has not been used, is free from physical and legal defects. 6. Until the goods are collected by the Ordering Party, the risk of any dangers related to possible damage or loss thereof shall be borne by the Contractor. 7. The delivered goods must have a minimum durability period of at least 18 months from the date of receipt of the goods by the Ordering Party. 8. The delivered goods will be placed in a packaging that protects against quantitative or qualitative changes. 9. The draft provisions of the contract (Annexes 4A and 4B to the FTZ) are also an integral part of the description of the subject-matter of the contract. 10.
