Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase and supply of 6 brand new, built-up ‘B/C’ ambulances with equipment for OCRM in Opole, manufactured not earlier than 2026. Each offered ambulance must have brand new equipment, free from defects, covered by the manufacturer's warranty, meeting the requirements of the Medical Devices Act of 7 April 2022 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1620). Vehicles must meet the requirements of the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251 as amended), Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 502 as amended), the applicable PN-EN 1789 standard or an equivalent standard for a type C road transport vehicle and hold a completed vehicle approval certificate (base car with medical equipment) issued in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 2 August 2023 on the type-approval of vehicles, as well as comply with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 3 December 2025 on the designation of the State Medical Rescue system and the requirements for uniforming members of the medical rescue team (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1768, as amended). The ambulance supplied must have a current ‘vehicle type-approval certificate’, the period of validity of which must be sufficient for the Contracting Authority to complete the registration formalities.
