Description

The building case includes a sustainable, holistic renovation of sorgen free range II in Virum.
Sorgenfrivang II is a social housing department of Lyngby generalyttige Boligskab. The building has 428 dwellings, divided into three blocks of housing. The three blocks of housing are 16 floors high (including basement) and built in the 1950s. The housing blocks consist of basement roofs, ground floor and floors 1-14 and are about 42 metres high. Pulse rooms, bicycle rooms and waste rooms, etc. are installed on the basement. The ground floor is designed for less than 1-1½ room apartments. The 1-14 rd floor is designed for 1-5 room apartments.
The renovation includes:
— total replacement and post-installation insulation of façades, replacement of altans
— total replacement of lifts and refurbishment, fire protection and facial closure of buoys;
— total replacement of roofs and roofing and setting up photovoltaic installations on roofs;
— renovation of all kitchens, bathrooms, water and heating installations, drainage, electrical installations and main doors in dwellings;
— replacement of window and door lots in glass corridors and reception
— interim measures
— refurbishment of open air spaces.
The building is inhabited throughout the renovation phase, which is why the contractor will have to rely extensively on occupant handling and include the minimisation of nuisances for residents in its work process planning. The occupants of the dwellings of the 1 room are re-homed in pavilion for a shorter period.
Furthermore, the main contractor has to expect that the building case will have a number of logistical challenges due to limited space on terrain, work at altitude and housing inhabited during the construction phase.
The total construction must be carried out in 42 months.
The project is planned by DOMUS Architects, DOMINIA and GHB Landscape.
Pre-qualification requests are carried out through the construction web. The applicant must create a profile at www.byggeweb.dk and use the building web number TN940588 when uploading the prequalification request. If you have any questions for the use of the building web, please contact the building web support on the phone: + 45 35245250 or e-mail: support@byggeweb.dk
