The subject of the contract is the sale, delivery and commissioning of equipment in the scope of the following tasks: Task 1. Dyeing machine with lid - 1 set CPV: 38000000-5 Task 2. Submersible - 1 pc CPV: 38000000-5 Task 3. Tissue processor - 1 pc CPV: 33100000-1 Task 4. Microtome - 4 pcs. CPV: 33100000-1 Task 5. Glass printer - 5 pcs. CPV: 38000000-5 Task 6. Cassette printer - 1 pc CPV: 38000000-5, as well as training of user personnel in the handling of the subject-matter of the contract and training of technical personnel in the maintenance and basic technical inspections of the subject-matter of the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel a public procurement procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not allocated to it.
