Description

The purpose of this contract is to take out an insurance contract guaranteeing the Commune de Coursan against the financial risks arising from the statutory obligations imposed on it in the event of a stoppage of work by permanent agents and trainees affiliated to the CNRACL, pursuant to Decree No 86-552 of 14 March 1986. The risks to be covered include: - Death - Accident or illness attributable to the service or occupational disease - Temporary or permanent incapacity as a result of an illness or accident not attributable to the service - Maternity, adoption, paternity - Ordinary sick leave (additional benefit if applicable) - Therapeutic part-time work (additional benefit if applicable)
