PL-Katowice: software package and information systems
The subject matter of the contract is the purchase and supply of specialised software. The contracting authority provided for the division of the contract into lots, in accordance with the Technical and Price Specifications containing a detailed list of products to be supplied, which is attached as Annex 1.1 to the ToR.
Part I – Programme delivery:
— Microsoft Visual Studio Ultimate w/MSDN (VSUltwMSDN ALNG LicSAPk OLP NL Acdmc Qlfd) (3 pieces),
— Microsoft SQLSvrStd 2008R2 SNGL OLP NL Acdmc 1Proc (3 pieces),
— WinSvrStd 2008R2 SNGL OLP NL Acdmc English version (5 pieces),
— Microsoft OfficeProPlus 2010 PL SNGL OLP NL Acdmc (2 pieces).
Part II – Supply of:
— Adobe CS5 Master Collection Win PL Box;
— Photoshop CS5 PL Extender education licence (8 items).
Part III – Delivery of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X5 PL (3 pieces);
Part IV – Delivery ABBYY FineReader 10 Professional PL (4 arts);
Part V – Delivery of DivX Pro for Windows + DivX MPEG-2/DVD Plug-in + SRS AudioFusion DivX Edition (1 item).
A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1.1. Technical and price specifications. The Licence Codes for the supplied software must ensure the Contracting Authority’s unrestricted lawful use of the software to which they relate.
