In accordance with the tender documents, Servica Oy will tender out the procedure packages to the North Savo Welfare Area, the South Savo Welfare Area and Servica Oy. The parties involved in this procurement are hereinafter referred to as the "Subscriber". See Annex 1 to the invitation to tender for details. Draft agreement.
