The subject-matter of the contract is ‘Receipt and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the Municipality of Zduńska Wola and waste collected in PSZOK. 1) Collection and management of municipal waste directly from all properties inhabited in the Municipality of Zduńska Wola and waste collected separately from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point located in Tymienice in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the weight of biodegradable waste sent for storage in accordance with the provisions of the law in this regard, as well as collection and management. The collection of waste includes municipal waste collected in a selective and mixed manner. 2) The subject of the contract is 3 829 collection points for residential real estate and real estate used for recreational summer purposes.
