Acquisition of information systems and digital infrastructure within the project "Development of information systems and digital infrastructure within the CLINICAL HOSPITAL CF TIMIȘOARA" according to the requirements of the Tender Specifications and the Annex to the Tender Specifications. A. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is no more than 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A. will make it impossible for the CA to provide a reply within the deadline mentioned in point B. and therefore any request for clarification outside the mentioned deadlines will be considered TARDIVA.
