Description
The contracting authority for the agreement is Haugaland and Sunnhordland District Court. The district court has a legal place in Haugesund and Leirvik. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract with one tenderer for cleaning services for Haugaland and Sunnhordland District Court premises in Haugesund and Leirvik. The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year, to a total maximum of four years.

Emphasis will be put on whether the descriptions are concrete and project adapted. Documentation: The tenderer shall deliver the following: Tenderers shall use Annex 2 - the tenderer ́s solution description when responding to the award criteria "Quality". The response to the award criteria "Quality" and "Climate and Environment" shall combined be a total of 5 A4 pages.

Description: Demand: In what way the tenderer shall ensure a delivery with a low environmental impact, as well as the tenderer ́s plan for further reduction of environmental impact. The following shall be accounted for: • A description of transport methods for the delivery. • Description of how environmental considerations are taken into account in the company ́s procurement routines. • How employees are trained in environmentally friendly cleaning and what the training contains. • How the company reports progress and achieved results of initiated environmental measures. • Other relevant environmental measures. Emphasis will be put on whether the descriptions are concrete and project adapted. Documentation: The tenderer shall deliver the following: Tenderers shall describe how they shall, throughout the contract period, ensure that the delivery has a low environmental impact and how they will work for further reduction of the environmental impact, in accordance with the listed points. Tenderers shall use Annex 2 - the tenderer ́s solution description by responding to the award criteria 'Environment'. The response to the award criteria "Quality" and "Climate and Environment" shall combined be a total of 5 A4 pages.
